Great Endeavour

These last few months have been manic, with many great tank restorations, and none more so than this 1936 Douglas Endeavour. A real privilege to have a hand in restoring this bike to this better than new condition. The tank itself had over 20 hours spent on it, removing 70 odd years of crud and rust from the tank, and then many hour preparing for paintwork. There where only 52 ever made of this model and only 10 survive, so that makes it even more special. The owner rode it over to my workshop, to show me the finished bike, and it sounded sweet.
